Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4

Dear Timnath Ranch Residents,

The District will begin shutting down the non-potable irrigation system for the winter season on October 20, 2026. Residents are asked to discontinue use of the system on or before this date.

To assist residents with winterizing their irrigation systems, a Mill Brothers technician will be available on October 20 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Residents who receive non-potable water from the District and would like assistance with running their irrigation clocks or completing the winterization process may email info@timnathranchmd.live to schedule a time with the Mill Brothers team.
