Timnath Ranch Residents,

We’d like to take a moment to remind all Timnath Ranch residents about the importance of submitting landscaping plans and exterior modifications for District review and approval before beginning any work.

Thoughtful landscaping and exterior improvements play an important role in maintaining the beauty, character, and overall appearance of our community. We appreciate the time and effort residents put into improving their homes and yards, and the approval process helps ensure that proposed improvements are consistent with the Timnath Ranch Design Guidelines.

A Few Important Reminders

• Exterior & Landscaping Modifications: All modifications to your home or landscaping must be submitted for approval before installation. This includes items such as trampolines, pergolas, new exterior paint schemes, and other exterior improvements.
• Fence Staining: All fences must be stained in accordance with the District’s guidelines. The approved community fence stain is Tycoon Brown by Sherwin-Williams.
