Reminder: No Motorized Vehicles Allowed on District Property
Dear Timnath Ranch Residents,
We would like to remind all residents that motorized vehicles are not permitted on Timnath Ranch Metro District property. This includes, but is not limited to, ATVs, golf carts, dirt bikes, and small motorcycles.
This policy is in place to help ensure the safety of all residents, protect our shared spaces, and maintain the integrity of our trails and green areas. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping these areas safe and enjoyable for everyone.
