Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4

We are excited to share that new pool furniture has been ordered for both Timnath Ranch Metro District pools!

The new lounge chairs are expected to arrive later this month. Once they are delivered, our team will install them as quickly as possible so residents can begin enjoying the updated seating.

The West Village pool also has a few new umbrellas on order to provide more shade.

The District is also actively evaluating options to repair the climbing wall. We understand this is a popular amenity and appreciate your patience as we work toward identifying the best repair solution.
