The irrigation ditch is now running and Mill Brothers will be activating the non-potable water system on 04/25/2024, weather depending. For those of you that use the non-potable water system, you will be able to use the system anytime after the 25th to water your lawns.
Each household has a valve located along the rear of your home just outside the property line. Please note, homeowner’s irrigation systems must be connected to the non-potable stub to be ready for the water to be turned on, otherwise, owners run the risk of water flooding back yard areas.
Owners are encouraged to purchase an irrigation key to activate each individual’s non-potable irrigation system on your lot. These keys can be found at hardware stores such as Lowes. Please look at the following link https://www.lowes.com/pd/Orbit-Water-Shut-Off-Curb-Key/3131069 for an example of the type of key to purchase.
Thank you for your patience while we work through this seasons activation.
Sincerely,
Timnath Ranch Metropolitan Districts
