The Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District is aware of the challenges that have been occurring this year with the non-potable system. The non-potable pump that provides irrigation water to the common areas and some residents, had frequent shutdowns over this season. The primary cause of the shutdowns has been due to inconsistent power to the pump station. The power issues happen primarily in the afternoon on hot days. We have been investigating the problem throughout the year and have corrected secondary issues contributing to the shutdowns. The District continues to work with our partners to resolve the power supply problems.
