The Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District pool is on schedule to open Memorial Day Weekend of 2024. Please fill out the forms below and turn-in to the staff on your first visit. Please remember that you must be current on your Metro District Operations & Maintenance Fees to use the pool. The District has two pools that all residents will have access too. One is located off School House Drive and the second is off Saddle Horn Drive.
Summer Pool Hours:
School House Drive pool is open 10:30 am to 8:00 pm
West Village pool off Saddle Horn is open 10:30 am to 8:00 pm
Pool hours will change the 2nd Monday of August to shortened schedules and pools will close on September 2nd at 6:00 pm.
(All hours above are subject to weather. The District does not send out emails when pool closes due to inclement weather.)
