Community Reminders and Compliance Guidelines
As we move into the new year, the Timnath Ranch Metro District would like to share a few important reminders to help maintain the appearance and standards of our community.
Trash and Recycling Containers
All trash and recycling containers must be stored inside the garage or behind a fence and not visible from the street when not scheduled for collection.
Fence Staining Requirements
All fences are required to be stained in the approved color, Tycoon Brown, in accordance with District guidelines.
Holiday Lighting
Please ensure all holiday lighting and decorations are removed by the end of January.
House Painting
All exterior house painting must comply with the approved community color palette. Any repainting or color changes require prior approval before work begins.
Exterior and Landscaping Changes
Any changes to landscaping or the exterior of your home must be submitted for review and approved prior to installation or modification. This includes, but is not limited to, landscaping updates, fencing, hardscaping, and exterior improvements.
