Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4

The Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District would like to remind residents that we have experienced limited moisture this winter. As a result, vegetation and open areas throughout the community are currently very dry and more susceptible to fire.

We ask all residents to use caution with anything related to open flames or potential ignition sources, including:

• Outdoor fire pits and fireplaces
• Grilling equipment
• Smoking materials
• Fireworks (where permitted)
• Equipment that may produce sparks

Please ensure that any outdoor flames are fully extinguished, never left unattended, and used in accordance with local regulations. Proper disposal of smoking materials and ashes is especially important during dry conditions.

Even small sparks can quickly escalate under these circumstances. Your attention to fire safety helps protect homes, open space, and our entire community.
