The opening of the Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District Pool is quickly approaching! Guards will be at the pools opening weekend to distribute pool tags if you are new to the community and collect waivers. The guards will have a list of current homeowners to assist in distributing the tags. If you have recently purchased your home, please bring identification and some proof of ownership/residence. Please bring your completed waiver, linked below, when you pick up your tags. Tags can also be picked up at your first visit to the pool. New pool tags are not needed if you have one from a prior pool season.
This year you will have access to two pools, the pool located off School House Drive and the pool located off Saddle Horn Drive.
Both pools will be open daily from 10:30am-8pm starting Saturday, May 27th, 2023.
Please note that you must be current on your Metro District Operations and Maintenance fees to use the pools.
