Architectural Review
All exterior alterations must have approval by the Architectural Review Committee “ARC” prior to installation. Landscape plans along with the Architectural Review Request Form and Fee should be submitted via email or mail to:

A $150 review fee is due upon submittal of the application. Submittals will not be reviewed until they are completed and payment is received in full. All minor alteration review fees are $100.
