Spring Reminders

As we approach the end of February, we want to provide you with some important updates and reminders from Timnath Ranch Metro District.

Quarterly Assessments: Late fees for Quarter one assessments will be assessed at the beginning of March. Please ensure that your payment is submitted on time to avoid any late fees. You can find detailed information on how to make payments on our website or reach out to us for assistance at info@timnathranchmd.live.

Online Portal Access:
Don't forget to utilize our online portal for convenient access to make payments to the District. If you haven't registered for the online portal yet, you can do so on our website.  The District has transitioned to a new payment system.  To make a payment you will no longer need to login to First Citizens bank.  If you have setup a scheduled payment please be on the lookout for more communication from the District on this change.

Landscaping and Maintenance: As we transition into spring, now is an excellent time to start thinking about landscaping and exterior maintenance. If you have any questions about community guidelines please reach out to our community management team at info@timnathranchmd.live.  Front and back yards must be kept in good condition.  Please make sure you are following the items below regarding landscaping:

                        *           Water and mow grass on a regular basis
                        *           Weeds must be removed from property-including tree lawn areas
                        *           All bare ground must be covered with ARC-approved mulch or rock.
                        *           All dead plants/trees must be removed and replaced.

Please remember that all landscape plans must be submitted prior to installation.  Applications must be submitted for all modifications to your landscaping including installation of sheds, pergolas and trampolines.

We appreciate your attention to these reminders, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you for being a valued member of the Timnath Ranch Metro District community.
