Fence Staining Requirements

All fences within the District are required to be stained. All homes are required to use Sherwin Williams Tycoon Brown (SW2209).  Please click here for a link to the Tycoon brown fence stain color information.

Please have your fence stained by 05/15/2024.  Covenant enforcement will begin on all fences not stained by the deadline.
