In recent weeks, we have noticed an increase in items being left in the alleys, which can impede traffic flow and create an unsightly environment. To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our community, we kindly ask that you refrain from storing personal items, trash cans, or any other materials in the alley spaces.

Please also remember that cars can only be parked within the driveway or in the garage on the alley. All other areas are considered a fire lane and cannot be blocked.

Please take a moment to assess the areas around your property and ensure that no items are left in the alleyways. If you have large items for disposal, please coordinate with the appropriate waste disposal services to arrange for proper pickup.
